NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Buzzy RCA Nashville duo Seaforth has released their swoon-worthy new track “Everything Falls for You” today to all streaming platforms and digital retailers. Listen here.

“Our buddy Derrick Southerland brought in the title ‘Everything Falls for You’ and we instantly knew it was special,” shared the duo. “Through specific imagery – whether it be the rose petals, rain, stars – we wanted to paint the picture of falling in love with someone incredible, and how it can feel like the whole world is falling for them with you.”

Seaforth will celebrate the release with a livestream performance on their official Facebook page tonight at 7:00 p.m. CT. Fans can tune in here.

Co-written by Seaforth (Tom Jordan, Mitch Thompson) and Southerland, the airy tune highlights the pair’s signature “bright pop-influenced harmonies” (Billboard) and marks their first release since last year’s Reimagined EP.

Recipients of the 2020 APRA Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year-Nashville award, Seaforth has proven they’re “truly meant to be on stage” (Savvage Media) and earned a reputation as high-energy performers as support for superstars including Keith Urban, Kane Brown, Brett Young, and more.

About Seaforth: Named after the sun-kissed suburb of Sydney, Australia they once called home, award-winning duo Seaforth have developed one of the most recognizable sounds in country music. The 2019 MusicRow Discovery Artist of the Year-nominated band is comprised of lifelong friends Tom Jordan and Mitch Thompson, who, as Seaforth, have shared the stage opening for stars like Keith Urban, Kane Brown, and Brett Young. Shortly after the pair first collaborated as neighbors and former classmates, they began making trips to Nashville, showcasing their progressive country sound. After signing with RCA Nashville and moving to Music City in late 2017, they’ve proven to be one of country music’s standout acts. Their debut EP, Love That , arrived April 2019, and its title track made waves at country radio before topping Rolling Stone’s Trending 25 chart. The short-player, praised by outlets like MusicRow and Sounds Like Nashville, was followed by “Anything She Says,” the duo’s collaboration with 2X Platinum-selling artist and Sony Music Nashville labelmate Mitchell Tenpenny, which has surpassed 45 million on-demand streams. In September 2019, the same month they made their Grand Ole Opry debut, Seaforth released Reimagined , a reworking of two fan-favorites, “Love That” and “Good and Gone” featuring orchestral strings. Recipients of ARPA’s prestigious 2020 Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year-Nashville award, their latest track, “Everything Falls For You,” matches the summery spirit of their past music, which has amassed 40 million on-demand streams, and elevates it to new creative heights with its swung, graceful rhythm and thoughtful hook. With an ever-evolving sound and new music on the way, Seaforth is poised to be one of the decade’s most exciting breakthrough duos.
