Courtesy RCA Nashville NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Buzzworthy RCA Nashville duo Seaforth are adding to their “Reimagined” series, today releasing a swelling, string-based version of “Good and Gone.” Listen here and watch the accompanying music video here. Seaforth’s Tom Jordan and Mitch Thompson co-wrote the “breakup jam” (NY Country Swag) with Gordie Sampson and Josh Miller. The original version is included in their debut EP Love That, which Jordan and Thompson co-produced with Dann Huff. The pair recently made their debut at the famed Grand Ole Opry, surprising their mothers – who traveled from Sydney, AUS to witness the milestone moment – with an on-stage cameo. People magazine exclusively went behind the scenes of the special evening. Read their report here. Next up for the duo is a featured support slot on Mitchell Tenpenny’s ANYTHING SHE SAYS TOUR kicking off Oct. 10 with a sold-out performance at Marathon Music Works in Nashville. Additional notable stops include the House of Blues in Anaheim, CA, New York City’s Webster Hall, and many more. Tickets are available now. Seaforth is childhood friends Tom Jordan and Mitch Thompson, who grew up together in the Sydney, Australia suburb from where they take their name. Predicted to be “a breakout duo of 2019” by Taste of Country, the multi-talented pair recently released their buzzed-about debut single “Love That” to country radio, as well as with their four-song Love That EP which they co-produced alongside award-winning producer Dann Huff. The 2019 MusicRow Discovery Artist of the Year nominees are steadily earning a name for themselves on the road with hitmakers including Kane Brown, Brett Young and more, and are actively recording their debut full-length album on RCA Nashville. |
