Today, French techno producer Gesaffelstein releases “Hard dreams” – listen HERE. Mixing punchy synths and basslines, Gesaffelstein creates the perfect storm for a dark wave record, complete with the addition of Yann Wagner’s smooth vocal delivery. Alongside the track comes an official video complete with shattering reflections and industrial sci-fi elements – watch HERE. The visuals and imagery for the album have been spearheaded by Jordan Hemingway (FKA Twigs, Post Malone, Gucci, Acne Studios) in close collaboration with Mike Levy.

The album will be available on Standard vinyl at all physical retailers as well as on an exclusive D2C Luxury 180g vinyl. It was recently announced that Gesaffelstein will be heading back to the desert this year for Coachella. Previously having performed at the festival in 2019, Gesaffelstein’s full performance was recently made available to watch here.

Gesaffelstein has collaborated with artists such as YE, The Weeknd, Pharrell, KayCyy, and most recently Lil Nas X’s “J CHRIST”. “Lost in the Fire” with The Weeknd has accumulated over 1 Billion combined streams worldwide. In 2015, Gesaffelstein composed the soundtrack to Alice Winocour’s “Maryland”, which was nominated at Cannes Film Festival. His music has also been featured on commercials for some of the biggest and most-renowned brands in the world including Calvin Klein, YSL, BMW, Giorgio Armani, Dior.
