ACM “New Male Artist of the Year” Nominee Tenpenny Joins Old Dominion’s “Make It Sweet Tour” Next Week

Nashville, Tenn., February 20, 2019 – Breakthrough singer-songwriter Mitchell Tenpenny just received word that he is nominated for a 2019 ACM Award for “New Male Artist of the Year.” The Riser House/Columbia Nashville recording artist enthusiastically responded, “Last year I was in the nose bleeds watching the ACM Awards. This year I’m nominated?! I can’t believe it.” He continued, “I truly woke up to the best news ever! And, thank you to my team & everyone who made this happen – we are going to Vegas, baby!”

Mitchell Tenpenny, who made his Grand Ole Opry debut last Saturday,  has a new single, “Alcohol You Later,” at radio now – his follow-up to his Platinum-certified No.1 U.S. hit, “Drunk Me” (#2 in Canada). Tenpenny will join Old Dominion’s “Make It Sweet Tour” from Feb. 27 through April 27 as a special guest.
