Toronto, ON. – Arista Nashville/Sony Music Nashville rising star Adam Doleac announced his new album today, Barstool Whiskey Wonderland, arriving September 30. A new track from the project, “Girl In Love,” is available now. Listen to “Girl In Love” and pre-save/pre-add/pre-order Barstool Whiskey Wonderland HERE.

“I couldn’t be more excited to start the roll out of my debut album, Barstool Whiskey Wonderland,” Doleac said. “So much hard work and time and LIFE has gone into making it. More than anything, I wanted it to sound like me. I tried to create my own little world, or ‘wonderland’ I should say, and I think I did that. Barstool Whiskey Wonderland is 18 songs, full of my favorite lyrics, titles, and most importantly, my favorite emotions. I hope you listen to it top to bottom, and then I hope you do it again.”

The project maintains the self-proclaimed romantic’s trademark love songs, while simultaneously introducing new sides to the singer. Whether you’re sitting on the barstool broken hearted, day drinking, or falling in love – Barstool Whiskey Wonderland has a song for everything. The tracks are threaded together by Doleac’s powerhouse voice and pillow-soft, easy-listening sound inspired by the likes of John Mayer, Zac Brown Band and the Eagles.

Among the 18 tracks on Barstool Whiskey Wonderland are SiriusXM The Highway No. 1s “Another” and “Famous,” plus 11 brand new songs including “Girl In Love.” Doleac co-wrote every song on the album aside from his collaboration with Danielle Bradbery, “Fake Love,” which was penned by an all-star lineup made up of HARDY, Ryan Hurd, Maren Morris and Jordan Schmidt.

Written by Adam Doleac, Jared Keim and Derrick Southerland, “Girl In Love” arrives today in response to fan demand when teasing the song on his social media platforms, where his posts received millions of views. Doleac performed it for the first time live during his appearance at the Grand Ole Opry on June 29. Watch here.

“‘Girl In Love’ is about exactly that…a girl in love,” Doleac said. “When it’s real, nobody around her has to ask. It’s in the way she moves, and in the way she looks at you. One of my favorite lines in the song is, ‘to be so complicated, it’s pretty easy to know when you’re doin’ it right.’ In my experience, that’s so true. She’ll tell you everything you need to know, without ever saying a word. It’s the most powerful thing in the world. For girls, it’s about the feeling of falling in. For guys, it’s about making sure you’re ready to catch her. And just like the hook says, ‘… there ain’t nothin’ like a Girl In Love.”

Doleac will perform in various cities across the country in the coming months, with plans to announce a headlining tour in support of Barstool Whiskey Wonderland later this summer.

About Adam Doleac:

Hattiesburg, Mississippi native Adam Doleac’s high-gear drive has made his life a journey with many destinations, from stadiums as a baseball star to Music Row as a hit songwriter — the mainstage, however, may be his final stop . He attended the University of Southern Mississippi on baseball scholarship after turning down a full-ride scholarship to play golf at a different university. It was at Southern Miss where Doleac became impassioned with music; writing songs with teammates and learning to play guitar. After he began playing hometown gigs, Doleac posted a performance of one of his songs on YouTube. The visual accrued millions of views and caught the attention of Sony/ATV Music Publishing. Now, a co-writer of songs recorded by stars such as Kane Brown, Gabby Barrett, Darius Rucker, and Hootie and the Blowfish, and equipped with two No. 1’s on SiriusXM’s The Highway for his own hits “Famous” and “Another,” he continues to stake his claim as one to watch in Nashville. With his latest tracks, the spontaneous “Somewhere Cool With You,” the infectious party anthem “Drinkin’ It Wrong,” and the laid-back “Don’t It Sound Alright,” his music can’t be confined to a single box any more than his talents. Dubbed “the hero country needs” by Popdust, he has toured with Carrie Underwood, Kane Brown and Zac Brown Band, among others. Doleac’s music has been described by Rolling Stone as “anchored not only in the trends of Top 40 radio, but also the blue-collar grit of Bob Seger and the bluesy influence of his Mississippi hometown.”
