LOS ANGELES, CA (MAY 30, 2025) – Pop superstar, songwriter, actress and cultural phenomenon Addison Rae has released her latest single, “Fame Is a Gun,” via Columbia Records. Listen to the song and watch the video, directed by Sean Price Williams, here.
The official new video gives fans a taste of the glamorous life, immersing them in a hyper-stylized world where a platinum-blonde Addison commands the spotlight, taking the stage with impossibly catchy vocals and razor-sharp choreography by Danielle Polanco. Directed by Sean Price Williams—who also helmed the visuals for “Diet Pepsi” and “Aquamarine”—the video continues Addison’s streak of cinematic, high-fashion pop moments. The song was produced by her go-to collaborators Luka Kloser and Elvira Anderfjärd, who—alongside Addison—co-wrote and produced every track on her debut album. The track’s high-gloss sound is perfectly matched by striking fashion styled by Dara, with makeup by Pat McGrath and Jenna Kuchera, hair by Lucas Wilson, and nails by Mei.
The track list for Addison was recently revealed globally in a track-by-track unveiling via billboards in different cities announcing each song title leading up to the official complete track list posted to her social account here. The complete track list for Addison below.

ABOUT ADDISON RAE
Addison Rae has become one of the most recognizable young stars in Hollywood. In August, she released “Diet Pepsi,” marking her first collaboration with Columbia Records. The single made a significant impact, becoming Addison’s first to enter the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Released alongside a music video directed by Sean Price Williams and under the creative direction of Mel Ottenberg, “Diet Pepsi” continues to cement Addison’s growing influence in music. She followed “Diet Pepsi” with “Aquamarine,” which featured a dazzling music video shot in Paris, France. Then, with her third single, “High Fashion,” PAPER Magazine declared that Addison had gone “three for three,” calling the new track “hypnotic and euphoric.” She continued the streak with “Headphones On,” a critically acclaimed single that also charted on the Billboard Hot 100. Her debut album Addison will be released on June 6. Last year, she released her long-awaited debut EP, AR. The EP gained 10 million streams in its first week and features the hit song “2 Die 4,” featuring Charli XCX. Continuing her collaboration with Charli, Addison joined her on the remix of the viral hit song “Von Dutch” this past summer. On the film side, Addison was recently announced as a star in Legendary’s R-rated live-action hybrid Animal Friends, opposite Ryan Reynolds, Jason Momoa, Dan Levy, and Aubrey Plaza. She was also recently seen in Eli Roth’s horror film Thanksgiving, opposite Patrick Dempsey. The film debuted in theaters globally and was later added to Netflix, where it quickly hit #1 (marking her second film to achieve this milestone). In 2021, Addison starred in Netflix’s He’s All That, directed by Mark Waters. The film, a gender-switched reboot of the 1999 cult classic She’s All That, premiered as the #1 movie on the platform in 80 countries. Since the beginning of 2020, Addison has amassed over 88 million followers on TikTok, with over 5.8 billion likes, and 34 million followers on Instagram.
